Blaseball Cares was a volunteer artist and designer collective within the Blaseball fan community. We created and sold over 700 pieces of merchandise inspired by the online game Blaseball (with the blessing of the developers, The Game Band). We processed over 14,000 orders and donated over $100,000 of profits to charity* from 2020 to 2023. We hosted two Blaseballiday streaming events, sponsored an in-game season of Blaseball, printed four sets of trading cards, a fashion magazine and a cookbook, produced home and away jerseys for every team, enabled the real-life hugging of both Richmond Harrison and Tillman Henderson, severely confused our accountant, got Sebastian Telephone incinerated for the third time, and █████. We loved every minute of it.
